Potatoes rule!

i'm feeling upset now. because i was finally done with my new year post and was ready to post and get back to work when the post just disappeared on me. guess i have to retype anyway.

it feels like yet another day of holiday, but it's 2008 already. to be precise, it's the last day of the holidays.

yesterday was almost a full day out. and yes! i have finally made my IC! :) thanks to mayboo who graciously and kindly agreed to go down to the ICA building with me :) the wait was not too long i would say, thanks again to mayboo's ipod haha =p afterwhich, mayboo and i spent the whole time after that at town. from wheelock to far east, far east to lucky plaza, lucky plaza to taka's kino and finally down to VIVOCITY to meet rachel. :) i finally had my first time at starbucks today. :) yay. though i still prefer coffeebean. :)

went home for POPIAH DINNER after that! :D and had mutton soup at chomps too thanks to jason's recommendation :)

HI 2008
i know many people would say i'm queer for while many are dreading the start of school, i'm looking forward to it. though. school this year would definitely be different since we've moved to the holding school at geylang baru, which i would say is nowhere in comparision to our previous school campus. i can no longer stand myself being a useless bum i've beeeeen during the holidays. it's seriously time to get some work kicking! :) and of course, i do miss that class of mine and therefore can't wait to get back to school. however, if i say i am extremely confident that i'll excel this year, i would be lying. i am afraid. because i do not know what to expect in the coming year and i know it definitely would not be all that easy to balance school, church and family in this coming year. but, i do pray the Lord will discipline and guide me. :) and stop my tendencies to procrastinate all the time.

GOODBYE 2007.
2007 was an eventful year for me. and it has become almost relieving to say that i'm glad 2007 is finally over, even though there were certainly happy times i wish to always remember from the year of 2007. :) but now as i look back, i really thank God for having seen me through those really trying times and also for the faithful friends He provided me with. :) i look forward to what the new year will bring. and a closer walk with Jesus, definitely.

Blessed New Year! :)
